Brown Rice Udon Pasta - 250G

Brown rice Udon pasta is a long, thick, cream coloured noodle made from organic wheat flour and brown rice flour. This combination gives it a very distinct flavour and more texture than the classic Udon pasta, which is made exclusively from wheat flour. It is therefore a good pasta to use in salads or sautéed in a wok. Just like other varieties of Udon pasta it absorbs the flavour of all the other seasoning that it is being cooked with.
